This type of service includes complete dismantling and restoration of the power unit to almost factory condition. At the first stage, in-depth computer and mechanical diagnostics are carried out: compression, turbocharging, lubrication system, fuel injectors, high-pressure pump, as well as the level of contamination of the lubricant and coolant are checked.

After detecting defects, the engine is removed, disassembled and all components are cleaned. The crankshaft, pistons, liners, cylinder head are defected. If necessary, worn parts are replaced or restored by grinding, honing and installing repair kits. All new components are selected according to military standards.

Finally, the engine is assembled, tested on a stand and in real conditions with a load. This allows us to guarantee its stable operation in combat conditions, taking into account prolonged exposure to dust, moisture and extreme temperatures.
